Mia nomo estas Razen Manandhar kaj loĝas en Katmando, Nepalo -- estas unu el malgrandaj landoj apud la Himalajo en Sudazio. Mi lernis Esperanton en 1990 kaj daŭre ligas sin kun la loka movado gxis hodiaux. Ni havas nian landan asocion nomatan "Nepala Esperanto-Asocio", kiun ni fondis en 1990 lerninte la internaican lingvon. Kiam ni fondis ĝin, ni ne eĉ sciis kiel funcios la asocio. Nunteme mi prezidas la asocion, dank' al ĉiuj kiuj elektis min.

Mi verkis Esperanto-Nepali vortaron antaŭe kiu baldaŭ aperos, tiel mi kredas. Post mia vojaĝo Muktinath pasintjare, mi verkis vojaĝrakonton pri mia Espernato-vojaĝo al la montoj. Mi planas ĝin eldoni sed mankas mono. Samtempe, mi verkas folkrakontojn de Nepalo. Ankaŭ mi revas iam eldoni.

Mi estas individua membro de UEA (dank' al iu fonduso kiu pagas pro mi) ek de 1994. Mia kodo estas raze-n. Mi ankaŭ estas fakadeligito pri ĵurnalisto, budhismo kaj instruado. Cetere, mi estas membro de Pasporta Servo kaj ĝuas gastigi geesperantitojn de tempo al temo al mia malgranda domo.

Mi gvidas la retrondon de Nepalaj geesperantistoj "nepalespernato". Tiuj kiuj interesiĝas pri nepala Espernato-movado povas aliĝi kaj partopreni en diskutoj.

Mi estas freneza bloganto. Mi volas malkaŝi sin en la blogo - por ke neniu devas demandi ion al mi pri mi - simple, mi ne kredas je sekretoj. Bv viziti rekte al www.razeno.blog.com. Do, troviĝas informoj pri Nepalo, politiko, kulturo, socio kaj nepre pri Esperanto-movado de Nepalo. Ne devas mencii, ĝi esats nur mia neoficiala impreso pri ĉio. Mi amas ĉion sub la ĉielo, kiuj amas min. Mi preferas labori por kaj pri vivmaniero, homaj rajtoj, etnaj rajtoj, lingvaj rajtoj, kulturo, lingvo, familio, hobio kaj profesio k.t.p. Mi estas ĵurnalisto profesie kaj nun laboras por la anglalingva j'urnalo, nomata 'The Himalayan Times .

My name is Razen Manandhar and I live in Kathmandu, Nepal, which lies on the laps of the Himalaya, in the South Asia.

I'm a journalist since 1996 and presently I'm working for The Himalayan Times, the English Daily.

My website basically is in Espeanto, in which I have included basic information about Nepal, its people and the Esperantists who live here. Besides, I have some English pages too. And I have some links to interesting Nepali sites.

I leanred Espernato in 1990 and since then I have been associatied to the local Esperanto movement till today. We have a association named "Nepala Esperanto-Asocio", which we formed in 1990 after learning the international langauge. Now, I'm the president of the association, thanks to the freinds who elected me.

I compiled Nepali-Esperanto dictionary that will appear soon, so I believe (you can find the pre-press edition in the net at http://razeno.googlepages.com/voratro). After enjoying a week-long trecking to Muktinath, I wrote a long travelogue. I'm thinking of publishing it too. And similarly, you can find my travelogue of my month-long trip to Japan in this site.

I'm an individual member of Univesral Esperanto Associaton from 1994. I'm a member of the Passport Service, that is, I welcome guests who speak Esperanto at my small house.

I moderate yahoogroups of Nepali esperanstists "nepalespernato".
